ESCAPE 2008
ESCAPE 2008 will be held at the Glorieta Conference Center on 16 – 18 May 2008. It is located approximately 18 miles East of Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Lodging and meals are available at the conference center. Lodging is being reserved for us until March 16, 2008. After that date it will be a space available basis. Contact the Glorieta reservation line at 1-800-797-4222 to make your reservation. Please make sure you tell them you are attending the New Mexico Emergency Services Council event on 16 -18 May 2008, when calling. Below are some of the options being made available to attendees:
Room Rate
Standard Hotel/Apartment $55 per room per night
Oklahoma Dorm $48 per night (regardless of Occupancy)
RV Site $20 per night
Tent Space $15 per night
NOTE: If staying in dorm accommodations, please be aware that no linens (bedding/towels) are provided, you must furnish your own.
NOTE: If attending with your SAR dog, please let the Glorieta staff know, you will need to stay in a Garden Apartment, RV site, or tent space.
Meals Rate
Standard Meal Package $58 per person*
Early Arrival Meal Package $75 per person**
* If staying in hotel, apartment or dorm accommodation, the following meals have been contracted: Lunch and Dinner on the 16th, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on the 17th, Breakfast and Lunch on the 18th. There are No refunds on missed meals. Meal package sold as is, you cannot pick and choose meals.
** Standard meal package plus; Dinner on the 15th and Breakfast on the 16th.
NOTE: If staying in the campground, you may purchase a standard meal package or you can purchase individually at $8 for breakfast, $9 for lunch, and $11.50 for dinner.
